I need a simple website

I need to have a website to promote my company, services and products to potential wholesalers, stockists and individual clients. I will be acting as an import agent. I will need to be able to add and remove content and later potentially add a shopping basket but initially it will be just informative.
I will need some help and explanation about how to add to the website. I have some photos but will be obtaining more from September 5th when I will be visiting my suppliers. The above budget can be increased. I may need the developer to come to site in Bracknell.
