I need a remake of omegle.com to my specification

I'm looking for a remake of omegle.com but much better, it should be able to allow 2 random users to connect and go on camera with each other and on the click of the skip button it'll connect you to another, it will have a range of features, coins, report system, admin panel to manage reports, coins and people's accounts. There will also be s shop which you can buy different text colours/tags from. There will be no signup, everything should be saved Via IP. DM me if you're able to do this, full source and guide on running this should be included + future fixes/bugs. I will also pay for updates.
