I need a professional web developer to create a music website

I run a website already that show cases unsigned bands but this is basic on wix. I am now looking to develop a completely new website that allows subscribers to upload their music, video, photos and social media. Sort of a facebook for music. I would like a system that allows people to vote on these videos, and to be able to privately send music to my industry contacts. Additionally I would like to add paid and non paid subscribers as well as the ability for payment to be made online. I have no experience of web development so would be looking to you to guide me whilst keeping in mind my ideas.Please send links of similar work if you have any.
