I need a professional web design done before the 15th September + business cards + !!

To set up a site to promote the hire of vintage china and vintage props for weddings with a difference and all special occasions. It will need to look retro and will have to host quite a few photographs. I also want people to make enquiries on line and to have links to others sites/ face book/interest/twitter ( I have not set these up yet!) etc. It would make sense who to find a designer who has a vintage passion too! It would be good to design my business cards and promotional postcards etc so the design follows on from the web design. I am doing two wedding fairs in Sept/Oct and really want to get these up and running by then. I have written most pages and have some photos but need some more doing but will have enough for now if necessary to be ready for these dates. I need to be able to hand out postcards at the fairs so really need my web address to be registered and I can use at least old postcard design for now.
