I need a professional graphic designer

Design details: I need a designer who is capable of producing anything from business stationary designs to web banners and graphics of high quality.

At the moment, for this purpose, I am looking for somebody to design me an 'interesting' letter head based around our existing branding.

The reason I say interesting is that I would like something about it to be unusual, to almost grab attention.
