I need a powerpoint template designer to build a template from designs

Extra notes: For the majority, a design already exists in Illustrator (or PDF format) to follow as a guideline (this will be provided). We just need a usable powerpoint template, not a copy and paste job, it needs to be customisable for a user to create bespoke presentations within the parameters of our brand, and it must use the template features within Powerpoint and work the same way a template would usually work.

General template should flexible enough for us to use as a base when creating new materials in the near future. We need a template containing sample slides for different content types. I.e.:

1.Title slide slogan level
2.Content slide high detail
3.Perhaps 2-3 variations of this to show use of:
4.Text only
5.Images with text
6.Visualisation with text
7.Tabular data with text
8.Key-visual slide (containing one main image / visualisation / media)
9.Sign-off slide we can always include at end.
10.Any further suggestions welcome (graphs etc)

All slides should obviously feature a common theme that adheres to our new design guidelines (which will be provided). A pre-existing PDF featuring design look and feel will also be provided along with fonts etc.

Ideally we need 2 versions of the template, one which would feature the brand fonts (I know this can be edited with an XML file in the powerpoint setup) and one that features generic system fonts for edit.

The chosen designer could well be used for future work also as there are one or two more jobs along the same lines as this. Must be able to start asap (preferably this week).
