I need a nice design for a banner

Description: I have a small business in banners. I want to deliver banners with a nice print already on the banner. I print and deliver the banner to my customer but I do not have time to design them myself. I need fresh new banner designs (€15 a piece) of the following occasions:

• Birth Baby Boy
• Birth Baby Girl
• Marriage
• Real Estate 'For Rent'
• Real Estate 'For Sale'
• Retail/shop 'Sale'
• Christmas
• Party (Students/college/university)

The designs are ment for a Dutch website so If you can communicate with me which design you would like to make I can provide you with the dutch words that go with the occasion. The banner measure you can use is 1m (40 in) wide and 50cm (20 in) high. I need the design(s) in .AI and .PDF because I probably need to make the design bigger or smaller for different banner sizes.
