I need a new corporate logo....

I need a new corporate logo.
I am a one-man company, and I create eLearning for small/medium, and some HUGE corporates.
I am UK-based and my company name is "Perfect Performance Training Ltd.".
I have attached a copy of my invoice design so that you can see the old logo. The idea was almost an in-joke, .ppt, because I take PowerPoint (mainly) and create eLearning from it - hence PPT. The 2 "P"s were like People looking at each other, but now PowerPoint extension is .pptx, and I do not rely on PowerPoint data any more I want to move on.
The company name is important:
Perfect - I like to get things right, precise, correct.
Performance - to me the voice is an instrument, I use it for the voiceovers, but also - training should increase business/personal MEASURABLE performance.
Training - that's what I do, (come classroom as well).

I would like something that reflects all that. I would like .png and .jpeg formats, and I'd like to ensure that I have it both on white, and also isolated so that it can be dropped onto other colours.

I would like the full company name Perfect Performance Training Ltd. to appear, (this one was designed when I was sole trader so no "Limited" on it).

That's about it!
More than happy to answer any questions on the board. This is not a large job, but I am certainly not looking for "quick and sloppy" either :)

Would prefer to have a fixed-rate quote, and would like to see portfolio please. Sell to me! Make me want YOU and NO-ONE ELSE! Tell me WHY YOU ;)
