I need a good php programmer

We have a mysql database, and require a search functionality written in php that searches for installers or retailers by post code or by town, produces the search results formatted per diagram and a google map with pins on each that are in that area..you can also query google for directions on the results of each record The diagram explains it all please see attached.

Please only experienced php programmers who can do this Job, I have ftp details database already to go with data, and a CRUD system so you can see the data easily.. any questions please let me know
