I need a formula for my Excel sheet

Description of excel work: I am looking for the following (see attachment):

On sheet1 I have different colors in row1 - columns A to E- with corresponding numbers below. In column I you see the names of persons with the color that is "connected" to the person. On sheet2 you can see what it should look like: you see the name with the corresponding numbers of the color.

Each time I add a name on sheet1 in column I with a corresponding color in column J, I want the list to be automatically populated on sheet2.
Also, if I add a number to a color -let's say number 17 to cell A11, then this should be automatically added to the list on sheet2. In this way, Mark, Wendy and James would have a list of 10 numbers instead of 9 numbers on sheet2.

So if I would add "George" to column I on sheet1 with color yellow, George should be added to the list on sheet2 with the numbers 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,11,13,17. Obviously with the name George 10 times in column A on sheet2.

The list on sheet2 should be automatically be populated so by entering names and colors in column I and J, I don't have to do anything on sheet2 as this happens instantly and automatically.

I think this is possible with Excel but I don't know how to do this...
