I need a document edited

The document is a training manual that needs to be proofed, put into page order, topped and tailed with headers/footers, the cover sheet redesigned, and altogether made look professional ready for printing. It is 56 pages long.
The cover redesign will need to include the Doc Title, our logo and strapline, plus any relevant artwork.
We are a small local charity and the manual will be used to support our training of professional workers, mainly Health Visitors and statutory childcare workers.
