I need a Design Engineer with experience in Plastics

Design details: Create a design from conceptual sketches, produce all drawings and necessary files to go for Rapid Prototyping and on to full manufacture.
Ideas for the visual style: Simple design and low manufacturing cost
Extra notes: I am looking for a CAD Engineer who has experience in the design and manufacture of plastics, the tooling required and rapid prototyping. I have some concept drawings/sketches of a small two piece plastic item which I want to take through to manufacture. I want to work with someone who is motivated and driven to achieve the best result within the time constraints. An initial face to face meeting to discuss the concept and go through all the different design requirements would be an advantage so preferably someone based in the south of England. An NDA will be required, timescale and rates to be negotiated.
