I need a custom zoho app (Customer Portal)

I am looking for a customer and a affialate portal to be built and for zoho crm to customized
The portal will be able to display data from the zoho crm to provide data to the customer portal and vice verses
It should include the ability to display graphs and more.

Target Areas-
-Documents Uploads
-Leads Submission
-Customer Accounts info to displau and have editable data for the customers,
- Affialate Portal should allow partner to sign up and for us to send leads and update leads for their a fully customize crm assigned to them based on their clients.
Graphical interface to display charts and keep to track of commissions
