I would appreciate not being asked for budgets and just proposals be sent for the cost you believe this work would cost.

General –

1. Website design (I have a JPEG of a template I have edited via paint to work off to make it incredibly easier to create.

2. Social media integration - Facebook (with like facility), Twitter and YouTube tabs.

3. Sign up/ login facility for users with data capture (database).

4. Automatic mailing list based on user favourites selected. If 20 users select Hugo Boss as a favourite, once we upload content for Hugo Boss this information will be automatically emailed to the 20 users who have saved Hugo Boss in their favourites.

5. Easy to update e.g. change pictures and text.

6. A mobile/tablet version of website (Responsive).

7. Must be compatible with all browsers (Liquid).

8. Google analytic.

9. SEO – On recommendation by you (seller) based on website needs.

10. Website security. Protect users information (database) and to prevent website being compromised.

Specific:

 Home page:

I. The information being displayed will be similar to a blog. Simply put it will be information boxes (does not need to be a box just some form of separation of data, see attachment), inside of this will be as a header that contains company logo i.e. Hugo Boss, a date and a few lines of content. ‘Information box’ (IB) needs to have a tick box to have the ability select it as a favourites.

II. In relation to above, each ‘information box (IB)’ needs to be organised in a descending order with the date closet to the present date at the top. If the dates for the IB are the same then a secondary criteria will be upload date and time by us. This section will need a scroll function.

Once the end date has passed the post will need to be sent to archive and removed from the home page automatically.

III. Search functions by name and/or date with predictive writing. Ability to search for information via key word (company name i.e. Hugo Boss, Currys etc… We can manually input these keywords) internal to the site.

IV. Ability to select and save favourites. If a user likes a certain shop i.e. Hugo Boss, they can select and save this shop to their favourites which will appear on the ‘My Favourites’ page and in turn will be emailed any updates regarding their chosen favourite when we upload content for this shop.

If the user is not logged in upon selecting a favourite the user will be asked to either log in or sign up. If user is signing up, after registration the favourite will automatically save in their ‘My Favourites’ and the user will be added to the automatic emailing list for that favourite.

User needs to be redirected to ‘My Favourites’ page only once when they sign up. Every time after that a simple notification should appear once saved informing them ‘Hugo Boss Saved in Kunal’s (User’s First Name) Favourites’ and leave them on the homepage.

If user is not selecting favourite and simply wants to sign up then after registration redirect them to home page.

V. Filter options to minimize results via tags. Same as PPH tag words in their search. Also ability to add more tag words if necessary.

VI. Ability to integrate YouTube video on left hand side of home page.

 Contact us page. (Basic email function)

 About us page (Information supplied).

 My Favourites page:

I. If user selects favourite e.g. Hugo Boss and Curry’s, IB will appear on this page once User has logged in.

II. Ability to remove favourites i.e. delete IB
