My business is advising other businesses on the structure of their employee benefits. I also then communicate what they are offering to their employees.I typically conduct market reviews to ensure that any benefits they have in place are appropriate. This can lead to cost savings and re-organisation of benefits such as company pensions, life assurance, income protection, childcare vouchers etc.

I would like to publicise the benefits of the market reviews I can undertake and also perhaps a second release might be in the help I can provide to businesses so tht they comply with the new auto-enrolment pension rules coming into force.
