I am looking to develop a badoo style web site

I am wanting a badoo/ twoo type of web platform to include a desktop app and will require mobile apps as a seperate order to be developed at a later date. the site will need to have all the features of the above site including the way the credit systems work, so please take a good look at them and base your price accordingly. the site will need building from original code no copy and paste. the site will follow a different theme but will have all the same features. it can be built from php as long as it it built in a secure manner. the desktop will need building in .net
