HTML Mailshot on Sign-up.to mailshot system

Please note the timescales involved as this is crucial!

I have a designer who is creating the look of the e-shot we require based on our corporate branding. I will need this creating in html and uploading to the sign-up.to system.

Please be aware that you will not receive the artwork until Sunfay morning (this is because of an award that we are getting on sunday but it is emargoed until then although I can let you see the draft of the eshot by the end of today).

I will need this completed by 9am on Monday 8th July.

To bid, I will need you to confirm that you can meet the deadlines, that you can adhere to the requirements of sign-up.to and send me examples of things you have coded before.

This is the Knowledge Guide which you will need to create email campaigns in HTML: http://www1.signup.to/guide/Persguide-codeview.pdf It covers the code needed for adding personalisation (to personally address your subscribers by name) and campaign links.

They will also need to bear in mind that images need to be externally hosted for use in HTML-coded email campaigns. The images will need to be uploaded to an external hosting website such as Rackspace or Photobucket and inserted into the code using the URL from that hosting site. It may also be worth pointing out that emails cannot support CSS or other forms of code; it should be built entirely in HTML.
