Html & css clean up, extra html page screation

Hello,

I need one html and css cleaned up, modifying the css and making minor adjustments to the html page.

I also need to create some other pages based on this cleaned up page. Not too sure the exact amount. Will be between 5-10. The htmls will contain some dynamic content for example if you go to

http://www.moneysupermarket.com/credit-cards/balance-transfer/

You will notice that each card has several content attached to it, you do not need to go to another page to view these content. What I will need will be similar to this functionality.

I want someone who is very good with html and css and can work very fast, this will also be an ongoing job as extra pages will keep on being added on.
