Homepage text required for website (financial services)

Colleague requires some text to be written for a marketing website for a financial services company.
He works with a company called St james Place so guidelines are fairly strict and end copy will need approval by compliance department.
Bit of a nightmare to deal with so the best way to get an idea of how he wants things put is by a skype or telephone call...(i've asked him for a written brief maybe 200 times...)
