Help with a web application

Hi,

The full brief for each function will be made available at a latter stage in a word document with strict requirements for each function.

In short, I am building a management information system for a nursery using php/mysql. I have many big ideas but am struggling with time so would like to take on some help.
- The functions are pretty standard with HR/Payroll, to include staff submitting holiday requests, administrators authorising and managing staff and rostering, a sign in/sign out system that calculates hours, a payroll system that calculates hours that have been worked for each employee, etc, etc.
- Furthermore, I need to build a similar system with parents booking in childcare, adminers authorising, allocating spaces in specific rooms, parents managing invoices and payments, etc, etc.
- Finally, I will build a reporting system to help staff submit reports on their key child, write a note, upload photos, the parent of the child will be able to view their reports and leave comments on it, upload their own notes, etc, etc.

I will be working on the project with you, and I will checking php code quite thoroughly, so please only apply if you are happy to work as part of a team (albeit a small one!), have fairly regular meetings on skype and comment your code.

A bonus will be available for a candidate which I feel has provided outstanding work.
