Help to establish a paperless office

Due to my job becoming increasingly insecure I would like to work with a handful of local home improvement contractors acting as a local rep for them.

The basic idea is that I visit potential clients, take full details of job they require doing (including property details, images, measurements, floor plans, video if required etc) and send it to the contractor for his opinion/quotation, I then send the full report and quotation to the client for his approval.

The paperwork will have my company name/logo etc and just indicate the name of the contractor who is submitting the quotation so i can hopefully build a good reputation for future work.

I would like to discuss the feasibility (as well as likely costs) of carrying out all of the above correspondence digitally with the option of printing a hard copy of any document.

I don't need any fancy design/logo at the moment as I'd like to see if I can complete the full process efficiently before I move forward with this.

I'm not particularly technical minded so I'd prefer to avoid jargon if possible but will gladly discuss or clarify any part of the process.
