Help tidying up a simple drupal site (one main menu and linking to taxonomy term slideshow)

I need someone to help me sort out this site that I am designing. Essentially I am having trouble getting my views to display the way I want. I need to create a text menu that will pull my taxonomy terms and link each one to a page containing a slideshow with the same name, containing all the images under that term. Lastly clicking a link next to each slideshow will make a div visible which should contain the description text for that term, with a link to close the div again.

I need you to make everything export in the right place so that the style sheet I have created formats everything and renders it where I want it.

I've done as much as I can do with my understanding of CSS and HTML but need someone to help with their knowledge of PHP and Drupal modules which is what I am not familiar with. What would take me a week to figure out might be a job a couple of hours for an expert programmer.

I have designed the website and I am very precise as to how it should look, but I have specified this very accurately in the style sheet, perhaps you can just go over it to make sure the style sheet is using all the correct classes to render the elements that views generates. Please get in touch if you can help. Deadline is really tight, this site needs to be up by Friday. I want to establish a working relationship with Drupal and Wordpress programmers for future projects as well so this can be a first project and which we can see how well we work together.
