Graphics for digital sign(TV) For advertising use

Hi have recently bought a Samsung Smart TV and is placed in my convenience shop. I am looking to create advertising slots for local businesses and also to run some of my in shop promotions.

I am not sure of the best way to proceed. If a template can be created for me and that way I can change it when needed would probably be the best option.
