Graphic Designer to Create Banners On Regular Basis

We are looking for a graphic artist to create banners for our two sites. To view examples of the quality and types of banners we are looking for, please visit www.weddingrings.net and look at the top banner area.

We are looking for both horizontal and vertical banners for our two sites and want these updated on a regular basis. We also need special graphics for "Deals of The Day", "Specials", and various new design elements.

We have tried two designers via other freelance websites and found that they lack any creativity. We are looking for creativity.

We are also looking for a long-term commitment and would like to have you produce banners for us every 2 weeks. We would also like to try some "theme" banners that focus on love, romance, and other ideas.
