Graphic design

I am looking to have a header made for a web site that I am building at the moment.

The website is www.sitesafes.co.uk and we sell steel security boxes that builders and tradesmen keep their tools in to prevent them from being stolen. The header needs to be 1003 x 170 px and needs to be in black and yellow colours.

The theme needs to emphasise securing valuable tools like power tools, drills, cordless tools, hand tools etc from being stolen from building sites, vehicles and places of work, it should give the message of fast and free delivery and great prices plus our telephone number and their needs to be a free area on the bottom right where the shopping cart logo can go.

I have high quality product pictures that I can send you if you are interested and I would like the image in a .psd with layers so that I can change it for promotions etc.

Basically nothing artsy, bold, brash, no nonsense, straight talking, it does what it says on the tin sort of thing, the kind of thing builders will relate to.
