Google Places Optimisation

Hi, I'm looking for someone to optimise my Google Places listing to page one on Google, without having to start from scratch preferably.
I know this would take some work to start with but once on page1it should take very little to keep it there, so Im thinking a monthly fee would apply rather than an hourly rate. So please qoute me for a monthly ongoing fee to optimise and keep it there rather than an hourly rate.
