GOOGLE ADWORDS EXPERT

I am looking to get my company out onto GOOGLE Adwords asap. I need you that can set up ads for my company using Adwords to the key words and set up the promotions for me. I need you to monitor the Adwords account and tweak it if necessary to make sure we are getting the right audience, and clicks. I need my Return on Investment (ROI) within 3 - 5 days of launching the AD's. If this happens and continues then we are progressing in the right direction!

When I mean manage monthly, I will pay you X amount per month to manage my account for me as well as adjust if needed with my prior consent.
