General design help on creating web pages, flyers, pdf

We are a small company that need a graphic designer that can create one off flyers, adverts and pdf's, powerpoint and even help with the general feel and design of all of our communication output.
We are based near Milton Keynes and in a perfect world we would like someone that can come in and sit down for a couple of hours
and go through ideas so we have lots of input on design. They can then go away and produce the work in full.
