General design for print work for a registered charity

Hi there,

This year we are supporting a local charity called BLISS (http://www.bliss.org.uk/) and have committed to provide all their printing for free. What I'm after is a designer who can provide finished print ready artwork in Photoshop CS3. I've requested the lowest rate possible as I clearly need to keep my costs as low as as I can, if you could do it for free it would be bonus. Most of the work will be laying out using supplied text and images, so I imagine it won't take long for an experienced designer.

The attached is an example only, it doesn't need any work as it's already gone to print. Without being rude to BLISS it's not very attractive and needs a expert to wave a magic wand at it and turn it into something eye-catching.
