Front End Needed to strip down OpenCart to my e-commerce requirements

I'm looking for a developer to strip down my ecommerce site at www.doggypack.co.uk and to make it more in line with the US version (www.barkbox.com). Right now, the site isn't operational, but we want to go live in June 2013 if possible.

So we want a simple, but very striking site.

We are in the process of getting the graphics produced for the site, but we need the opencart site stripping down and configuring to a much more simple system which allows for the selling of our monthly boxes and about 10 different sizes of doggy hampers.

Can you help, and if so, what would the cost be for such a project, bearing in mind I want the site to be as clean as possible so I can keep every possible option for the best SEO.
