Experience Level: Intermediate

I have fallen out with my French ISP and I now know that I have not followed the law relating to consumer rights so I have lost all of my rights. I need someone to negotiate a settlement with the ISP on my behalf.

I will give full instructions but if you have knowledge of French consumer law that would help.
