French-English Bilingual needed for translation and copywriting

We are a UK based Conference organising company working on a English – French brochure at the moment, and we need the English text to be translated to French by experienced copywriters. It is a small project for now with 3 approximately 100 word texts and additional very small texts throughout. In total it will be around 800-900 words. Please send me a quote for this and do mention the way you will be calculating it (by project, by word, by text?? etc)
