Freelance graphical designer / programmer with excellent excel skills

Our company needs a freelancer who is capable of turning financial information into sleek graphical charts and representations. All of this then needs to be brought together along with pages of information into a smart booklet for presentation to clients. The infomation will change constantly but we want to ensure consistency across all of them. Because the reports are created for inidividuals on such a regular basis we need a way of being able to automate the graphical creation - if that makes sense??
