Freelance graphic designer

I am about to launch a new business in fancy dress hire and i am looking for someone to create the whole image from logo through to stationery leaflets and then onto the design of the website I can either work with one person and create the design then another on the website or one for both
some illusrtation skills would help. I really want someone who can think for themselves and work on a fairly open brief I want to launch in january so i also need someone who can dedicate the time reqiured to finish the project in the timescales indicated
