I am looking for someone to create and upload a forum site like the enclosed link for me.

This is a little larger than I would want - I only need:
General Chat
For Sale / Items Offered
Items Wanted
Recommended Trades
Whats On ......
The site needs to have the ability for people to register and have a username and password for log in.
There also needs to be a facility to recover / reset passwords
I will need access to edit in / admin the site
It would be good to have the facility to let people advertise - but that is something for later.
You can see a tab on here for Local Info - I would also like to add that.
