Flyer design needed- with ability to arrange written content on the flyer

I need a double sided flyer designed- I kind of already have an idea of the design I want. However, you need to be creative and have the ability to know what works and what does not.

I already have written content for the flyer, but you will need to know how to organise it on the flyer to make certain information stand out. It is not only about the design but also the information on it.

My budget is £30 however depending how well you do, there may be further work available.
