Fix problem in database driven website

I have a directory website which has developed a problem - www.interiorstyledirectory.co.uk - take a look and see the error message.

This has been wrong for a couple of months, losing me all the website business. The programmer who designed and built the site has not responded to my requests to fix the issue. Specialist required to fix it, and if necessary conduct any site rebuilds to prevent the problem recurring.
