Fix Minor Issues

1. banners and icons on the right hand side not loading properly when i move away to other pages.

2. Add a verification system to the comment area (check out http://www.fabianlim.name/ for reference)

3. Add "READ MORE" on every post on the homepage (check out http://www.fabianlim.name/ for reference)

4. Move the date on every post to the top right hand side (check out http://www.fabianlim.name/ for reference)

5. Very slow loading time!

1. Change the "Leave A Reply" area to exactly like Fabianlim site (check out http://www.fabianlim.name/ for reference)

2. Add "READ MORE" on every post on the homepage (check out http://www.fabianlim.name/ for reference)

4. "Connect With Me" icons not working!

5. "Copyrights" & logo missing at the bottom of the homepage.

Must work professionally and respond fast
