Fix a couple of wordpress issues

General information for the website: I am planning to launch a film blog website in the new year and need a couple of issues fixed
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: I have recently had some customisation on an existing wordpress template to get it to look the way I would like. The url is www.thebookthefilmthetshirt.co.uk.

Unfortunately there are a couple of additional issues that I need fixed:

* The site is no longer completely optimized. When I view it on an iphone some of the content is optimised for mobile and some of it is not.

* There is a contributor widget on the right sidebar is not pulling through details of the dummy contributor profiles I have had set up.

For reference I am using the following wordpress template http://themeforest.net/item/simplemag-magazine-theme-for-creative-stuff/4923427 which has already had some customisation done. I do not want to lose any of the work that has already been done to the look of the site by having to do a clean install.
