Continue to go with your recent thoughts on the depth of the band and changing the night image to the far right ( we would still like to retain the deck chairs to maintain the continuity throughout the stationery and website

On Homepage: Include somewhere within the Home Page the AIPP logo.

Actions and marketing funnel

Rather than have a Johnson box on the Home Page, the desired action is to get them to click on and watch the short promo video

This could all happen on a new page which appears when they click on the image button of Phil.

Directly below the video box is a Johnson Box with the following text:

‘Want to watch more? Request a link to a longer video featuring Phil’s journey around the Caribbean’.

The information to collect is:

First name
Surname
Email address
Mobile No

When they have entered the required information and clicked ‘Submit’ an automated email is generated and sent complete with the link to the longer video. We should at that point also be emailed an alert that this event has occurred with details of the registrant so we can track their progress through the funnel. We should create a new email address especially for this purpose which is alert@domainname.com

The link on the email is to a new page with the longer video.

The page should contain the longer video with a further Johnson Box containing the text:

‘Want to see a whole lot more? Please send me a digital brochure link.’

A further automated email is sent to them with a link to the digital brochure, plus an alert to us for tracking purposes.

The digital brochure should contain an invitation offering them the opportunity to have a copy of the DVD posted to them containing the full footage of Phil’s interviews in the Caribbean and existing client testimonials.

The Johnson box needs to capture:

Full name
Postal Address including post code
Email Address
Phone No

This information should be fed to us by automated email alert so we can post the DVD to them and follow up by phone or email or both.

NB: The need to automate this whole process is paramount as we have plans that will increase our web traffic significantly.

In all cases videos to be provided with all full controls to include, stop/pause, play, fast forward and rewind with volume controls.

In quotation, we need to know if the cost of using static website and implementing design on a CMS system such as Wordpress,Joomla or Drupal
