Finish website in php

1) Build webpage template(s) in php (including header, footer and side menus)
2) Make slight alterations to layout in css
3) Finish off a form in php
4) Finish and upload content for each page layout
5) Have the website in a condition where I can simply write the rest of the content and "put live"

I have been developing my website over a very long period of time and am desperate to get it finished. Business has picked up nicely which has allowed me less and less time to get it finished.

The website is very nearly finished (in terms of html and css) and I could probably do this in two weeks if I worked on it solidly - or about 6 months with the way it's going at the moment.

The website contains/will contain about 50 pages in total.
