General information for the app: Send pic/video requests anonymously
Description of requirements/features: Anonymously request binaries (pic or short gif) to anyone in the network that is within a user specified geographic radius. Hashtags can be sent along with the request to add more details as to what is being requested. Pics that are taken as a response can be seen and rated in a thumbnail or slider array. There is a basic social component for "friending" profiles, and binary requests can be sent directly to friends without the map.
