Financial report

I have a real estate property that l rent out. It recently passed ownership from a person to a company. I have all the data related to this transaction and to the income and expenses derived from the unit in an excel spreadsheet. I need to create a financial report, financial balance, income statement and balance sheet to present to the new owners. I need it by next Wednesday. Can you help me?
