File Company accounts

I urgently need to submit company accounts for my company that is not currently trading. The company is a company that I created back when i was contracting but as I am in full time employment now it is no longer required. The last accounts were file in 2012 up to Sept 2011. There has been no activity at all since then i.e. no debits/credits/tax etc and the company balance remains unchanged since the accounts were last completed. Should take too long as there are no number as such to be amended.
