Description
This is not a media buying or campaign management role - I’m specifically looking for someone who can create scroll-stopping static images, short-form video creatives (Reels/Stories), and carousels that are designed to convert.
What I Need:
- High-converting ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- A mix of static image ads, motion graphics/video, and carousel creatives
- Understanding of direct-response principles (hook / value / CTA)
-Ability to interpret a brief, product, or offer and turn it into a compelling visual concept
-Experience working with eCommerce, DTC, or lead generation campaigns is a huge plus
You Should Be:
- A strong visual communicator who knows how to grab attention in 3 seconds
- Experienced with performance creatives (not just branding)
- Able to deliver different formats and concepts
- Comfortable working with creative assets, UGC, or stock video to build engaging short-form clips
-Familiar with Meta’s ad specs and best practices
