I need the data to be gathered and used in a regression model on STATA/SPSS.
In order to fulfil the research aim of identifying the most important causal factor behind the increase in London house prices over the last 25 years, data will need to be gathered across a range of areas in order to use as input into the regression model.
London house prices can be readily accessed from the ONS and will be gathered over the period of the last 25 years (1990-2015). This represents a sufficiently long enough period for examination and overlaps nicely with the availability of the other variables to be gathered.
1) The data for the first causal factor or independent variable, the amount of new houses being built in London, will be accessed from the Department of Communities and Local Government (DCLG), which is also readily available.
2) The data for the second independent variable, the total population in London will also be accessed from the ONS Databases.
3) The data for the third causal variable, the amount of foreign investment in London property as measured by the percentage of non-UK nationals buying homes is also readily available from analytical reports by estate agents such as Savills and others.
4) The fourth and final variable is the level of housing market regulation, and for this there is data available on planning decisions at the local level in London all the way back to 1979, which has been produced on an annual basis.

HI, I would be interested to help with this project, but your attachment just gives details about how the project will be assessed in terms of marks/grades, it does not go into any further details about YOUR own project, methodology etc. Can you send this through?
the budget is insulting and also this person is blatantly asking for coursework to be done. Good luck with that!
It's an interesting project but your budget buys less than three hours of a research/report writing Professional's time. It also ignores the variable that there were two significant price falls in this time period, I arrived in London when the first of these was taking place 24/25 years ago..
Your variables are also very much open to question as determinant's of price rises...
