SØULmate is an ergonomic, posture-enhancing/supportive meditation seat that fosters a deeper and more comfortable meditation. It is lightweight, portable, foldable and to your height adjustable.
Requirements:
Designing folding mechanism for the 2nd gen prototype.
Refine frame geometries to ensure proper seating and collapsibility.
Use computational analysis tools (FEA) to refine and optimize engineering design.
Suggest the use of lightweight alloy, plastic, composite sustainable materials.
You have excellent English written and verbal communication skills and are a meditator. Please tell us in your reply what type of meditation you practice. :)
Compensation:
The fixed price of this project is $500.
Upon successful completion of this phase more projects might be commissioned.
Deliverables of this project:
Present 2 or 3 detailed designs specifications of folding mechanism for the 2nd gen prototype of the meditation chair.
Refine frame geometries to ensure proper seating, collapsibility and durability.
Suggest the use of lightweight alloy, plastic, composite materials.
Consultants Qualifications:

Experience in New Product Development, ETO (Engineered To Order), Design for Rapid Prototyping, Design for 3D printing, Design for Manufacturing services using Solidworks.
