Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I am a Canadian citizen who has been living in London, England for eight years.
I am not be able to settle in the UK as the immigration rules here will not permit me to.
As the UK rules are so restrictive for my particular situation, I am looking for new options for myself.
I also am not really interested in returning to Canada because it is too cold.
I need someone to research and pull the immigration rules from many different countries so that I can have a high-level view of what the rules are for a large number of possible destinations.
I'd be looking for a view of the rules pertaining to 1. Work visas, 2. Long-Term Visitor Visas, and 3. Retirement visas.
I'm not interested in Ancestry visas, Entrepreneur visas, Investor visas, or anything like that.
Hence, this is primarily a research-oriented task. The countries for which I would like this information pulled is:
Sweden
Norway
Czech Republic
Austria
Greece
Italy
Germany
Netherlands
Belgium
France
Spain
Portugal
Cyprus
Malta
Australia
New Zealand
Brazil
Japan
South Africa
United States
The output should be a spreadsheet which includes the following columns: 1. Country Name, 2. Work Visa Requirements, 2. Long-Term Visitor Visa Requirements, and 4. Retirement Visa Requirements.
There should be 20 rows, one for each country listed above. In each cell there should be the requirements (from the relevant website) as well as a hyperlink to the page where the requirements were found. IMPORTANT: The requirements need to be taken from the "official" (government) website for each of the countries listed, not just a website from a law firm or other article that discusses requirements for certain countries. I need the official information in each case.
