Experienced Wordpress Plugin Developer Needed

We have been looking for a reliable, experienced Wordpress Plugin Developer for some time now and haven't found the right person yet.

The plugin we are looking at installing is http://wpmarketplaceplugin.com

We were hoping to get it integrated into the site so our users can trade their own items. Buy, Sell and give away etc..

We are looking for an experienced wordpress developer to work on the plugin for our peer support network www.disabilitysanctuary.com

We would like the plugin to be as easy as possible to use/navigate as mostly disabled people will be using it.

We would like all the basic features you would expect to make it a pleasant experience to trade through the marketplace

We would like to be able to charge a percentage of the selling price

We would like our users to be able to have an option of payment gateways

We would like the plug-in to be properly tested by us and you before we launch on our site.

The marketplace should fit in with our existing theme and be accessible via its own tab via the homepage navigation menu. The Marketplace page should have a selection of products for sale on the main page with all the categories viewable.

Please tell me how you think this could work and how long you think it will take to complete.
