Excel spreadsheet programme

We are a car supermarket, we need to improve an existing Excel programme to auto sort and auto sum sales performances of our sales team.We need to break down each salesperson's performance from the total performance. This includes number of cars sold and numbers and percentages of added extras such as warranties and paint protection, gap insurance and finace cases. We need the spreadsheet to show total numbers and percentages of deals which had for example warranties, and also the individual salespersons numbers and additional product sales so we can monitor performance.
